It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of a dear son, brother & friend. Lionel is survived by mother Mary Spak, sister Shelly Harbrow (Spak), brother-in-law Randy Burdeniuk, cousins Roman & Louise Senkew, long time neighbour Angus Davidson and many relatives in Manitoba & Alberta. Lionel Attended Gladstone Sec. School in Vancouver & B.C.I.T. in Burnaby B.C. where he became a Journeyman H.V.A.C. Technician. Lionel made many friends throughout his life, from employment in B.C. & Alberta, regular Sundays at the Abbotsford Flea market & spending most of his life in East Vancouver. His good humour & entertaining personality will be missed by many. Funeral service will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, B.C. at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.
