Passed away peacefully at Willingdon Care Centre on Wednesday November 22, 2017 at the age of 96. Predeceased by her husband Arnold (Deceased 1995). Mabel will be lovingly remembered by her children Allen (Jenny), Victoria (Gary), Hugh (Shirley), Arthur (Bonnie), Owen (Mei Wan), Chris (Evelyn), Blake (Sandra), Martin (Narcie) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Burnaby, BC on Friday December 8, 2017 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Followed by a Funeral Service at the same location at 1:00 pm on Saturday December 9, 2017. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Mabel was an inspiration and guiding light to her family. Special thanks to Anne Tumbaga, her caregiver for the last four years and all the staff at Willingdon Care Centre for the care provided in her final days.
