With deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother. Maria was born in Bagnoli Del Trigno, Italy and immigrated to Vancouver in 1952. Predeceased by her husband Domenico, son Palmerino and daughter-in-law Elvira. Maria is survived by her loving family Frank (Judy), Vince (Maria), Edda (Marco), Bernice, Tony (Betty), 13 grandchildren, 19 great- grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild. Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. July 24th at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 555 S. Slocan St. Vanc. Entombment will follow in the Abbey Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park. Special thanks to the staff at Kopernik Lodge for their love and care of our Mom. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children's Hospital Child Life Dept. or charity of your choice.
