Mario Corrado passed away peacefully on January 15, 2018 at the age of 87 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Michelina, daughters Angela and Giovanna, son-in-law Luke, granddaughter Julianna, brother Franco (Franca), sisters Lina and Lidia (Rino) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by son-in-law Doug, brothers Antonio, Alfonso and sister Teresa. A warm smile, a kind word, food and drink: simple pleasures for a man who was a friend to all and who worked tirelessly to provide a better future for his family. He was always ready to lend a hand and there was nothing he couldn't repair. He made time to listen and give guidance. Much loved and respected, he will be missed but forever in our hearts. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, on Wednesday, January 24 a t 1 1 : 0 0 . As per his request, no flowers please.
