Nellie was born on March 12, 1927 in Medicine Hat, Alberta, the fourth child of Michael and Mary Korolik.
Nellie was predeceased by her loving husband, Stephen, her parents and her siblings: Olga, Harry, John and Edward,
Nellie is survived by her son Larry (Elizabeth), Granddaughters Allison (Derek), and Kate (Ryan) and great-grandchildren Julia (Jackson), Madeline, Jack, Lily, Ellie and Emma and her sister Alice (Vlad).
Nellie's greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was very proud of them and enjoyed watching them grow.
The family wishes to thank everyone at Normanna Care Home and Burnaby Hospital for the fine care Nellie received.
A funeral service for Nellie will be held on Monday, March 31st at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with an interment to follow. Please find the details below.
