On Friday April 24,2020, Sam Jack Tan Lowe, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle had passed away peacefully at the age of 81 after a courageous battle with colorectal cancer.
Our family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the BC Cancer Agency, and the Fraser Health Palliative Care (Burnaby Health Care) for all their kind support and compassionate care.
A private service for the family will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation in memory of Sam Jack Tan Lowe.
