Sit Long Norman Yip

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dad, Sit Long (Norman) Yip on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the age of 79 surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his devoted children Vivian (Franco), Rita (Adrian), Alvin (Fanny) and Alexander (Jenny) along with cherished grandchildren Aidan, Lucas, Oliver, Mia and Karlie. He also leaves behind his best friend and brother, Sit Hoy (Robert) and sister-in-law Judy as well as nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Our Dad was a kind and easy-going man who truly enjoyed life to the fullest and we will treasure all our memories of him. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, British Columbia. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in our Dad’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
