Siu Hong Chiok

She is survived by her children Susie (Conan), Michael (May), Fenny (Ken), and Peter; her grandchildren Stephen (Carolyn), Jennifer (Jimmy), Joan (Jim), Lawrence (Liz), Conrad, and Taylor; her great grandchildren Chloe, Carly, Kobe, Charlie, Samantha, and Leona; and her brother (Lee Sin Hong). She is predeceased by her husband (Long “Charlie” Chiok) and son Dick.

She was born on October 10, 1929, in Canton, China, the second of three children to the late Lei Him Choi and Cheoc Chai. In 1947, she married her husband and moved to Manila, Philippines to begin her life as a housewife, where she raised five children. She loved to cook and enrolled in classes to learn new recipes to make for her family. In 1978, she and her husband immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, where she adapted fully to the Canadian way of life. She dedicated her life to the wellbeing of her family.

She also loved to travel and has been to many parts of the world, which tied in with her other loves – shopping (clothes and jewelry) and fine dining.

She led a full and joyful life and leaves a legacy of kindness and generosity. She will be dearly missed by her family, relatives and friends.

唐李笑红女士于2025年3月16日在家人和子女的陪伴下在温哥华Mount Saint Joseph Hospital 安详离世，享年95岁。

唐李笑红女士于1929年10月10日在中国广东出生，是已故李谦在先生和卓齊女士三个子女中排行第二。1947年唐李笑红女士婚后随同丈夫唐國麟移居菲律宾马尼拉，开始了家庭主妇的生活，并育有五个子女。

唐李笑红女士熱爱烹飪，曾参加过各种烹飪班，一直专注于为家人烹飪各种美食。1978年，唐李笑红女士又随丈夫一起移民至加拿大温哥华，并全身心地融入加拿大的生活，为家人付出了一生的辛劳。

唐李笑红女士喜愛旅遊，曾到世界很多国家遊览，享受美食，购买各种衣物和珠宝首饰，度过了充实而快乐的一生。祇可惜遺憾的是丈夫唐國麟及四子唐世德比她先逝。
