Stanley Hatcher was born March 30, 1924 in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. He passed away peacefully on October 27, 2016 after a brief illness. Stanley was predeceased by his loving wife, Margaret, in 2009. He is survived by his two sons, Wayne (Kelly), Brian (Brenda) and daughter, Sandra (Victor) Culos; grandchildren Cristina, Angelo and Megan and many nieces and nephews. Stan served overseas in the Canadian Army during WWII and will be remembered in a private family service at a later date. A special thanks to his caregivers Gemma and Stephany and to all the wonderful staff at Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice Society.
