Mr. Tommy Hin Wing Ho

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Tommy Ho. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 20th, 2024 at the age of 72.

He was born on March 19th, 1952 in Hong Kong and was the son to Chun Pui Ho and Wai Chun Ng. He was the eldest of five children and had the love and respect of his siblings: William, Sandra, Roberta and Patty.

Like many who were born in Hong Kong that time, his family had limited resources. He began work at a young age and worked hard to provide for his family.

Tommy graduated from La Salle College then obtained a Business Administration Degree in Hong Kong Polytechnic College.

In 1972, he began working at Electronic Devices Ltd (“EDL”). During his employment, he continued to attend night school to improve his English. He earned the respect of his colleagues and made lasting friendships continue to date. It is also at EDL where he met his wife, Emily Lo.

Tommy and his family immigrated to Vancouver, Canada in 1994. Tommy continued to work tirelessly in Hong Kong to support his family. After recognizing the importance and need to be around his family, he returned to Vancouver and continued with different jobs to care for his family.

For those who knew him, he was a pillar of strength, always putting others before himself and taking pride in his work and the life he built. Even after retirement age, Tommy still enjoyed work which provides him with opportunities to socialize and connect with his friends.

He is survived by his loving wife, Emily Lo, their two children: Darren (Cynthia), Sharon, and his two grandchildren.

Towards the end of his life, Tommy also dedicated his time to care for his two grandchildren as they were close to his heart.

Please join us in wishing Tommy a well-earned eternal rest. We will be holding a funeral service to celebrate Tommy’s life on July 20th, 2024 at 10 am in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Details can be found near the bottom of the page.

我們懷着沉重的心情宣佈何顯榮在2024年6月20日在睡夢中安詳辭世，享年72歲。

何顯榮生於1952年3月19日，他是何振培和吳惠珍五子女中的長子，他受到各弟妹們：何顯洪，何悦顏，何寶顏，何美顏的愛和尊重。

他與許多在香港出生的人一樣，因家庭資源有限，年輕時已開始努力工作賺錢養家。

顯榮畢業於喇沙中學，隨後在香港理工學院獲得工商管理學位

在1972年，他開始在 Electronics Devices Ltd (“EDL”)工作，為提高英文水平，工作期間，他仍繼續上夜學進修。他得到同事的尊重和愛戴，亦建立長久的友誼。在 EDL 工作期間，他遇到了妻子，盧瑞娟。

在1994年，顯榮與家人移民到加拿大溫哥華，移民期間，他為賺錢養活一家，仍繼續留在香港工作；但當感悲傷要與家人分隔兩地，他決定在溫哥華開始做不同的行業，為求好好照顧和供養家人。

認識他的人都會知道，他總是將別人之事放到自己身上，他對自己的工作和建立的生活而感到自豪；即使到了退休年齡，顯榮依然繼續工作，因為可以與朋友繼續保持聯繫和享受美食。

他離世後留下了他心愛的妻子盧瑞娟及他們的兩個兒女～何棨冲、何雪文，媳婦李兆媞以及一對

可愛孫兒～何子健、何芷欣。

在顯榮生命的最後階段，他常常照顧愛錫兩個孫兒。
