Julia Beth Hitchcock, age 85 of Austin, Texas went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2014. She was born on February 3, 1928 in Austin, Texas, the daughter of William R. Hendrix and Bertha Corbell of Austin, Texas. Julia Beth worked for the Internal Revenue Service for most of her life.
Julia Beth was preceded in death by her husband John Lee and her daughter Marilyn McHenry. She is survived by her daughter Linda Kelly of Burnet, Texas and her son John David Hitchcock of Austin, Texas. Julia had 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday January 31, 2014 11:00 AM in Pflugerville at Cook Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
