Robert was born and raised in Tucson, at age 18 started working in the copper mines with this father and brothers. Later he worked in California and Montana then moved to Kingsland about 2 years ago to live near his family. He enjoyed being near his family and looking for and collecting rocks.
Robert is survived by his mother Irma Jean Martinez of Kingsland, Texas, brother and sister -in -law Ray and Marica Clough, of West Virginia, two brothers Bert Clough and Mike Clough both of West Virginia, brother and sister-in-law Randy and Donna Clough of Buchanan Dam, Texas, brother and sister-in-law Vernon and Jessica Martinez of Pennsylvania, sister and brother-in-law Annette and David Willard of Buchanan Dam, Texas, 12 nephews and 10 nieces.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
