
Sally Nelrose Plevan Williams left this earth and went to meet her heavenly Father on Tuesday November 13th, 2012, with her family and friends at her side. She was born in Burnet County on November 18th, 1941, to Clithel Van Plevan and Hazel Addie Shafer Plevan.
Sally lived her life in Burnet and Marble Falls, where she was active in her church and served on the School Board of the Burnet Independent School District. Sally was a very fun loving person and loved people. She was known for her scrapbooking skills. She not only did scrapbooks for family, but for every resident in Granite Mesa Nursing Home where she resided for the last two years. She also enjoyed family history and she spent many hours doing research.
She was very blessed to have two amazing sons Duke Williams and fiancé Jan Geistweidt of Burnet and Doke Williams and wife Shelley also of Burnet; brother Van Plevan and wife Debbie of Burnet; four grandsons Luke Williams and fiancé Chelsea Delahoussaye , Justin and wife Whitney Williams, Jeffrey Williams and Cody Williams, all of Burnet; three granddaughters Lindsey Stewart and husband Clay of Burnet, Caity Van Williams of Burnet and Chelsey Williams Partin and husband Seth of Blanchester Ohio. She is also survived by three great grandchildren Maddie Stewart, Tyler Williams and Avery Williams. The family is looking forward to the birth of two more great granddaughters Hadley Rae Partin and Alivia Williams. Sally was also survived by a dear friend of 26 years, Donna Rogers and one nephew Eron Plevan. Sally was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation was held Thursday evening from 5 to 7 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 16th, 2012, at Clements Wilcox Chapel with Reverend Dr. Ricky Guenther officiating. Pallbearers honored to serve were Luke Williams, Justin Williams, Jeffrey Williams, Cody Williams, Greg Williams and Clay Stewart.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to youth fund activities of the First Baptist Church of Burnet.
