William “Bill” L. Oliver of Bertram, TX passed on December 28, 2024 at 76 at home after several years of fighting with two types of cancer. He was a veteran of the Navy and is survived by a brother and a sister, and several nieces and nephews and some aunts and uncles. He is proceeded by both parents. He will be buried at Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX on January 29, 2025 at 1pm.
