Phillip Aaron Raglin , 34, of Fall River Mills passed away May 19, 2011 at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco of natural causes. Phillip, from the Pit River Tribe and a life-long resident of Shasta County, was born November 21, 1976. He worked as the manager of the Pit River Casino for the past ten years. He leaves his wife, Dolores, , son Terrance, daughters Vanessa and Alicea, brother Eric, sister Rochelle, father Robert, mother Cynthia and grandmother Amelia, all of Fall River Mills. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery in McArthur, California.
