Phyllis was born October 6, 1934 to Charles and Mary Gibeson. She spent the majority of her life as a homemaker, wife and mother. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Donald Eugene Morris, in 2011.
She is survived by son's Claude Morris, of McArthur, Phillip "Gene" Morris, of Alturas; daughters Donna Hutchison of Washington and Mary Graves of Klamath Falls, Oregon. She was predeceased by daughter, Amanda Elliott, of Shasta Lake City, in 2005.
Memorial services have been scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley Baptist Church, Hwy 299 E, in McArthur, California.
