Thomas Kenneth Powers, 76, of McArthur passed away June 23, 2011 at Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding. Thomas was born in Chicago Illinois on March 2, 1935. Thomas and his wife, Susan, moved to Modoc County from Vallejo in 1990.
He will be interred at the Northern California Veteran's Cemetery in Igo, California.
