Delice “Lisa” Janine Oddy, age 74, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 15, 2025, while surrounded by family. Lisa enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cooking, and the occasional shopping trip with family. She spent countless hours out in her flower garden tending to her roses, lilacs, and rhododendrons. Lisa cherished being a mom, grandma, and great-grandma, and time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Timothy Oddy Sr.; children Victor (Amy) Oddy, Timothy (Julie) Oddy Jr., and Shana (Ben) Dykhuis; grandchildren Lexi (Jalen) Brooks, Brenna (Roger) Foster, Alyssa Oddy, Alison Oddy, Theo Oddy, Brielle Dykhuis; great-grandchildren Evan Foster, James Foster, Harper Brooks; siblings Richard Johns, Patrick Johns, David Johns, Thomas Johns, Michael Johns, Maria Connell, and Christine Johns; and many extended relatives and friends. Lisa is preceded in death by her parents Siade and Janice Johns and brother, Joseph Johns.
A celebration of life visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Cook Funeral Home (Byron Center Chapel), 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. In memory of Lisa and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or American Diabetes Association.
