Marion Deters, age 90 of Byron Center, walked into the arms of Jesus pain free on Saturday, May 10, 2025. She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Alvin; their children Pat (Randy) Huizenga, Kevin (Lori Hoffman) Deters, Tammie (Dave) Rozeboom; seven grandchildren Jeremy (Laura) Huizenga, Sherri (Jake) Van Oost, Jason (Timberly) Deters, Jaime (David) Parker, Katie (Joe) Vugteveen, Lindsey (Ross) Baatenburg, Jeff (Jen) Rozeboom; 19 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Justin (Joyce) Deters; and many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Gerrit and Lucy Dykstra and her sisters Jean VanderKolk and Ruth Poortenga.
A memorial service for Marion will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2025 at Woodhaven Reformed Church, 3959 68th St. SW, Byron Center, with a time to visit with family and friends from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., at church.
