Anna Clement Franklin

June16, 1918-March 25, 2014. Anna passed away peacefully in London at the University Hospital on March 25, 2014. Loving Mother of Paul (Rinske) Franklin of Cambridge, Joan (Merv) Carter of London, Esther (Barry) Reed of Nanoose Bay B.C, and grandchildren Philip and Michael Bernardo. She is survived by her sister Margaret Purdy. Predeceased by her parents Elgin and Alena Patrick, and her brother Jim Patrick. Anna originally from Sheffield (Ontario) lived in (Galt) Cambridge until 2008 when she moved to Chelsey Park Retirement Home in London, Ontario. As a member of First United Church; and a life –time member of the UCW and the Laura Rose Institute, she developed many lasting friendships. She will always be loved and deeply missed. The family wishes to extend sincere thank you to the staff at Chelsey Park and University Hospital. Friends and family will be received at First United Church 15 Wellington Street, Cambridge on Friday April 4, from 10:30 a. m. to 11:30 a. m. followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a. m. Interment St. George Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation to First United Church Women, or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
