Archie McIntosh

Beloved husband of Josephine for 59 wonderful years, Archie was a devoted and loving father to Josephine and Brian (Elizabeth). He was a proud and cherished Granddad to Alexandria (Ethan), and Aidan, who brought him immense joy.

He is lovingly remembered by his siblings Maureen (Alex), Peter (Marion), Angela (Alex), and Thomas, and by his sister-in-law Jenny. He will forever remain in the hearts of his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Annie, and by his brother, John.

Born in Greenock, Scotland, Archie carried his Scottish roots proudly throughout his life. He had a deep love for golf and soccer, was a dedicated Celtic supporter, and found great peace and pride tending to his garden. Above all else, he loved his family wholeheartedly and treasured every moment spent with them.

Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrew’s Street, Cambridge on Friday, February 13, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, 10 St. Gregory Drive, Cambridge, on Saturday, February 14, at 11:00 a.m., with interment to follow at Mount View Cemetery. A reception will follow in the church hall.
