With sadness and heavy hearts, we announce that Catherine Mary Leonard passed away suddenly on August 18, 2016 at the age of 76. Catherine was a faithful fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, and rarely missed a game. She loved to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. She also cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. Catherine will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her daughter Laurie Leonard (Ronald Lehnen), daughter Rachel Leonard (Steve Leclerc), son Jube Leonard (Valerie Leonard), and her grandchildren Matthew Lehnen, Alex Leclerc, Erica Leonard, Claudia Leclerc, and Scott Leonard. Catherine was sadly predeceased by her son Paul Andrew Leonard. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a memorial will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
