Passed away peacefully at home, on Monday, June 20, 2016 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Bertha for 52 years. Loving father to Margaret Deal (Ross) and Paul. Proud Papa to Aaron and Nicole. He will be lovingly remembered by his Aunt Babe and many cousins. Skip was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia and moved to Ontario in 1962. He retired in 2005 after more than 40 years of service at Babcock and Wilcox. Special thanks to the PSW’s from Care Partners. Visitation will be held at the T. Little Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Wednesday, June 22nd from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Visitation, 16 Cooper Street, Cambridge on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery, Breslau. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
