Gordon touched so many lives and whether it was his infectious laugh, his wonderful hugs, or simply his zest for life, everyone he ever met remembered him. He stood out in every crowd and was always, always helping others. Gordon was a proud member of the Navy Club, and also enjoyed camping, fishing, and playing golf in his spare time. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Diane, the children he was so proud of: Eric (Ashley) and Patricia (Ben), the grandkids whom he lived for: Lilly, Emily, Isaac, Lilly, Masyn, Adrianna, Zoe, Hudson, and Finley, brothers Harry, Jim, Ralph, and Howard, sisters Marion (Ed Patrick) and Maryanne (John Bonnell), and lots of nieces and nephews. Gordon is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Val, Dan, Janice (Jim), and Dave (Brenda), close friends who became family, and many more extended friends and acquaintances. Gordon was predeceased by his brother Gary and his parents Beckie and Merele. Cremation has taken place and a Visitation will be held at T. Little Funeral Home (223 Main Street, Cambridge) on Wednesday, June 8th from 12pm – 2pm, with the Memorial Service to begin at 2pm. A Reception will follow at the Navy Club (30 Cambridge St, Cambridge) In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
