Irene Henderson

At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, December 7, 2013, in her 87th year. Irene Henderson of Cambridge, beloved wife of the late Goff William Henderson; dear mother of Anne Henderson, Murray Henderson and his wife Karen, Phillip Henderson and Janet Laws and her husband Chuck; loved grandmother of Julia Beth Dunn. She is also lovingly remembered by two sisters, Dorothy Hebb and her husband Jim and Beverley Schwirtlich, and one sister-in-law Katherine Townsend. She was predeceased by two brothers Robert Townsend and Douglas Townsend, one sister Gail O'Regan and one sister-in-law Kathleen Townsend. Mrs. Henderson retired as a lab technologist and was a member of First United Church. She was also a life member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and Little's Corners Women's Institute. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home , 96 St. Andrew's Street, Cambridge for a memorial visitation on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 from 3:00-6:00 p.m.. The memorial service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel at 6:30 p.m. A reception will follow.
