Was taken far too soon after a fatal hit and run accident in Regina on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 at the age of 42. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. Jamie is survived by his daughter Ashley Welsh-Gallon and her mom Julie Welsh, Grandson William Fraser, mother Betty Gallon, sister Brenda Spencer (Gallon), brother in-law Eddie Spencer along with his nieces, nephews and cousins. Jamie was a true gentleman with a good heart, a hard worker who loved animals and was a devoted pet owner. Friends and family will be received on Saturday, February 18th, 2017 at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650) from 1-2 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 2 p.m.
