Peacefully passed away on Thursday, April 14th, 2016 at Riverbend Place, Cambridge with loving family at her side at the age of 87. Loving mother to Michael and Mark Wilson and Marsha (Rick) Hodge. Proud Gram Gram to Shane, Justin, Jessica, Steven, Terra, Cayla, Rickie and great Gram Gram to Lilly and Masyn. She will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends. Joan was a spirited woman who adored animals and loved playing bingo (she will be greatly missed by all of her bingo buddies!). In keeping with Joan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will follow at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to Lisaard House.
