Joe was such a solid and good man. As a young boy growing up next door to the Domingos family, Joe taught me, by example, about doing the right thing. I will never forget the influences he had on me. The Domingos were wonderful neighbours and I am deeply saddened by their loss. Sincere condolences to all of Joe's family.

Today is reality... A sad day. But also a peaceful heartfelt day.
Joe is going home ..he has earned his golden wings.........
Grieving is hard, everyone has different ways of coping with that but you can't really understand where people are coming from unless someone really close or something really close has gone. Everyone will share the pain but not the same pain as you might feel. 
Year by year you still grieve but it's less painful than it was previously. You will never forget them, even though sometimes you just wish you could. They will always be on the back of your mind no matter what.
Remember this: the people you have lost will always be near you. Just look up at the sky one night and see all those big bright shiny stars? Pick one and use it as a memory - pretend it's them. You will feel much more relaxed and grieving will be much easier.
" The tears will always continue to be shed, but we have the memories that will be forever locked in our minds and in our hearts."
