Peacefully, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2012, at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Esmeralda Ferraz (2011). Dear father of Jose Ferraz, Jr. (Janet), Helio Ferraz and Grace Reis (Deodato). Loving grandfather of Rachel, Matthew, Adam, Angela (Brian), Andrew (Jesslyn) and Catarina and great grandfather of Aiden and Dylan. Survived by his sister Adelina Ferraz. Predeceased by his sisters Fatima Machado and Ailda Ferraz. Jose will be remembered as someone who had a great enthusiasm for life.
Friends will be received at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 8p.m.. Funeral Mass will be held from Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, 185 Elgin Street South, Cambridge on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 10 a.m.. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
