Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital Cambridge on Sunday August 4,2013 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Ritchie Tait (July 21, 2013). Loving mother of Carolyn Fallowfield (Gary) of Kitchener, Steven (Deb) of Cambridge. Also survived by her two grandsons Scott and Eric. Also survived by her brother Tom Butchart and his wife Pat, and her sister Mary Reekie and her husband Alex all of Scotland. Kathryn was born on May 23, 1934 in Fraserburgh Scotland. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Agnes Butchart. A member of St. John’s On the Hill United Church. Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held later. As expressions of sympathy donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer society would be appreciated by the family.
