“You can tell everyone’s hungry by the silence at this table.” Our Mom’s favourite comment every time the family gathered for one of her meals. On Friday, October 7th, just after 4:00 a.m., our Mom gathered up her recipes and quietly went to visit our Dad in heaven. We’re blessed that the memories of those dinners will be left with her 3 children – Christine, Cynthia (James) and Blake (Monica) who willingly, will continue to cook them for their children – Airla, Nicole, Giordan - Nathan (Jane), Liza – Gabe, Ansel and they in turn will encourage her great-grandkids, Grace, Lily, Lincoln and Grayson. Of course, none of our attempts will taste as good as Mom’s/Grandma’s and that’s where our sadness and our missing will be ever present. We love you Mom/Grandma/old Baba – give our love to Dad/Grandpa oxox.
Friends may call at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Wednesday October 12, 2016 from noon to 2 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will immediately follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment at Mount View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
