Lloyd James Harding

Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Saturday February 9, 2013 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Aura Peart. Loving father of Karen Maidment (Dave) of Cambridge, James of Cambridge, Pam Kozak (Rick) of Guelph. Also survived by his loving grandchildren Becky, Stephanie, Matthew, Christopher, Alex, Katie, Tori and Ben, and his sister Isabel Taylor of Hamilton, and his sister-in-law Beryl Peart of Cayuga. Lloyd was born in Hamilton on Septermber 14, 1924 and has lived in Cambridge for the past 52 yrs. He was retired from Overland Express, and Past President of the Cambridge Winter Hawks, a member of Doon Valley Golf Club. A Navy veteran of the World War II. Loved his family, dogs, hockey and golf and good times at the cottage. In respect of Lloyd’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Private family memorial service was held. As expressions of sympathy donations to Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge.
