Mary Jane Whitehead

Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Saint Luke's Place, Cambridge in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Harvey Whitehead (2009). Loving mom of Laurie (Keith) Whitehead of Cambridge, Wayne (Kathy) Whitehead of Cambridge, Dennis (Fay) Whitehead of Paris, Tom (Delan) Whitehead of Calgary, Leann (Jim) Goodman of Kitchener. Loving Grandma of Rachelle, Trevor, Travis, David, Kiefer, Derik, Dan, Dylan, Thomas, Jamie, Tyler, Kaitlyn and Blake. Loving Great-Grandma of Kayla, Aden, Chance, Winter, Jacob, Gabriele, Dexter, Kinsley, Halle and Jameson. Great-Great Grandma to Ainsley and Wesley. Also survived by her sister Audrey Bruce of Cambridge and brother Harold (Hazel) Wolstenholme of Cambridge. She was predeceased by her brother Richard (Helen) Wolstenholme, sisters Sally Shepley, Patricia (Mike) Simmers. Mary’s Family would like to thank all of the amazing staff at Saint Luke's Place for their loving care and compassion. Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St Andrews Street Cambridge, Ontario N1S 1M8 on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Luke's Place or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the Whitehead Family.
