SÉAMUS EUGENE O’BRIEN (Oct 7, 1996-Sept 28, 2017) was taken from us much too soon. His parents James O’Brien and Erin Jakeman, and extended family and friends, will mourn his death and celebrate the life of this extraordinary young man.
