Passed away at the age of 93, at home with family by her side. Much loved and loving Mother of her four children Gloria (Thanasi) Mastrogiannis, Judy Barton, Barbara (Doug) Eby and Brad Barton. Predeceased by her husband, Arnold Barton. Grandmother of Michael (Marie-Hélène) Eby, Craig (Leslie) Eby, Jeni Barton and Jeff Barton. Great-grandmother of Mathias, Cédric, Charlotte, Sebastian, Aileen. She is greatly missed. Born in Wilsonville, ON. Predeceased by her parents, Charles and Viola Pearson. She is survived by her sister Lorena Harrington and predeceased by sisters Irma Stewart and Phyllis Black. Mom was an active member of Wesley United Church for 70 years and a member of the Priscilla Unit. She enjoyed swimming and aquasize fitness with her friends at the John Dolson pool. She loved music, played the piano and organ and enjoyed gardening. Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650) on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place the following day, on Thursday at 2 p.m., November 13, 2014 at Coutts.
