Sullivan, Thomas "Tom" Walter Sr., 81, suddenly passed Monday, February 6th, 2023 at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia on February 18, 1941. He came to Cambridge in search of a new life.
Tom "dad, poppy, great-poppy" will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his two daughters, Cindy Coleman (Kevin), Maryann Webber (Grant), and son Tommy “Tom” Sullivan Jr. (Susanne Shortt), five grandchildren, Tara Haydamak, Michael Haydamak, Adam Sitek, Amy Sitek, Sam Webber, seven great-grandchildren, Alanna Haydamak, Liam Sitek, Ariel McCulloch, Lauren Sitek, Austin McCulloch, Lillian Sitek, Laila Sitek, siblings Hazel, Kay, Pat, Raymond “Tiny”. He was predeceased by his loving wife Mary Regina “Jean” Sullivan (Cole), his father Walter Sullivan and mother Lillian Sullivan, siblings Clarence, Clifford, Don, Francis “Wank”, Lillian, Mary, Oswald “Ossie”, Robert and Sadie.
Family and friends will be received at Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 96 St Andrews St, Cambridge on Thursday, February 9th from 7-9 p.m. (Rosary at 8:30 p.m.) and Friday, February 10 from 11-12 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, February 10 at 12 p.m. with interment to follow at Mount View Cemetery. Light refreshments will follow back at the funeral home.
