Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday Sept. 4, 2015 in his 68th year. Beloved father of Glen Boone (Amy) of Cambridge, Cheryl Belecque (Bryan) of North Bay, Tamara Soper (Joe) of Cambridge, Donna King-Ribble (Jeff) of Cambridge. Also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren, his brothers Lindsay King (Diane) of Bell Island, and his sisters Gladys Whalen (Raymond) of Cambridge, Irene Meadus (Fred) of Paris, Linda Roberts (Tom) of Georgetown, and Ada Downing (Lloyd) of St. John’s Nfld. Also survived by his companion Rose Dixon and his fur baby Minnie. Predeceased by his wife Muriel Liphard, his parents William and Florence King, daughters Kimberley Boone, brothers Leonard King and Eugene King. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge on Thursday September 10, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel on Friday September 11, 2015 at 11 A. M. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
