I am so sorry to just learn learn of Brian's passing.  I remember when Mike, Chris & I first met him  at 2-3 weeks old,  and seeing him grow into  a happy, smiling little boy.  In reading the memories shared here, that smile and sweet personality  stayed with him.  As a  young man, he touched many lives .  He will be missed but not forgotten.  

Although Rick and I have not know Brian for a long time, we discovered a very special, unique, caring and just the sweetest guy you could ever meet. Shocked by your passing, you will be missed greatly. I will forever be a Penguins fan thanks to you. 

Brian, I wish I could be there to say some final goodbyes.  You will be missed, greatly.  Your presence here, while way too short, touched more than you know.

Keep sharing that smile from above.  It'll be impossible for us to miss down here.  

Brian,  I have been blessed to know your beautiful spirit and wonderful sense of humor.  You were one of a kind buddy!  You will be missed beyond belief.  Keep smiling and we’ll see you on the flip side.  Have a mai tai waiting for us! Love you B!

Brian, I’m sorry I didn’t keep in touch that well after high school but I will never forget the fun we had in band. I have so many fun memories from band camp. Rest easy friend and know how much you are missed.

Miller,
I can't thank you enough for all the memories we made together. We had a blast at band, guard, wing night, weddings, and the list can go on and on. I'll never forget my early morning text messages for the Starbucks run, all those gummies bears, and your love for Pittsburgh! You are missed and loved by so many. Thanks for always being there for Jimmy and I!

Growing up together was so much fun. A lot of a great memories; sleep overs, video games, playing hockey every where around your house, and sports. You will be missed...

During the early days of parties at the lake, the back deck  (which was 17 feet above ground) and stairs had no hand railing. 

Brian seemed to enjoy this environment, running here and there and up and down those stairs. Finally, he decided to  perched himself on the top landing which had a commanding view of the lake. There he was sitting with his legs dangling over that edge, swinging them back and forth, savoring all that he could take in....and he had a smile on his face that went ear to ear. It was as if I could hear him thinking..." I am king of the mountain, and the lake and all of Schuylkill county!"
 
Thank you, Brian for reminding me of what we are all made of--you came here to teach and when your mission was done, you left everyone you touched so much better for being in your presence.

Brian, it was a pleasure knowing you all these years.  I have so many fun memories of you from cheering us on at field hockey games, hanging at your house as teenagers, celebrating Karen's wedding and Tiki!  Your smile could light up the room and your one-liners always made me laugh.  I'll always remember you with that smile that is so visible in all these pictures.  You will be missed.

Karen and family, sending my deepest sympathy to all of you.  Brian was such a joy to be around and that speaks to the wonderful family he has.   

Brian, I didn’t know you well, but I know that I and others were inspired by your positivity, and self reliance.  And of course, your knowledge of hockey and sports.      You will be missed!      

Anyone that has ever been touched by Brian’s infectious enthusiasm and zest for life knows what an amazing gift that is.  I feel blessed to have known you Brian.  You will be missed, but more than anything, I hope you realized how many people you’ve inspired to always take the best out of life and never take that joy lightly or for granted. 

Biddie,
I only knew you for a short twelve years but your impact on me will last a lifetime. Whether you knew it or not you were the strongest and bravest person that I have ever met. Your smile was one of a kind and your heart was made of gold. Caps/Pens will never be the same but I know you will be there watching with me always.

Miller- I hope you are at peace.  I will always remember how we understood each other and how you were once part of our family.  We’ve always loved and believed in you.

I think my best memory with Miller was when he and I had a real heart to heart back in '09 at my old step-mother's house. Miller was a strong man, full of passion, he never let life bring him down, and I always looked up to him for that. His passing has sent a shockwave through hundreds of lives. I wish the best for his family through this dark time. Miller really was a one of a kind person. Rest in peace.
