Frances Lorraine Smith

She was born October 29, 1922 in Newaygo, MI, daughter of the late Paul L. and Frances M. (Hink) Ottinger. She was a graduate of Dixon High School in Dixon, IL.

During World War II she was an Assistant Chemist in the Defense Industry with the Reynolds Wire Company in Dixon, IL and later worked briefly in administration with Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids, MI.

Frances Lorraine was a loving wife and mother.

Frances Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald W. Smith, a daughter, Christine Lynn Keiser, two brothers, Jack W. Ottinger and Paul J. Ottinger, two sisters, Rachael Liebzeit and Lois Ottinger.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Jo Rawlings and her husband, Edward P. Rawlings, of Camp Hill; she is also survived by a son in law, Loren Keiser, two grandchildren, Alfred J. Keiser and Lindsey Marie Keiser of Mountaintop, Pa.

Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St. Camp Hill, with visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to service.

Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
