She was born May 15, 1944 to the late Fred and Margaret Isenburger.
Fredda was a graduate of William Penn High School and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She was a stay at home mother and babysat children for 15 years.
On May 29,1966, she married her husband Larry, who survives.
She is additionally survived by her children; Mike Williams and Mindy Garlinger (Dennis) and four grandchildren; Josh Williams, Justin Williams, Madison Garlinger and Zachary Garlinger.
Funeral services for Fredda will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in her honor can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or any local animal shelter.
