

Born at home in Baltimore, MD, on Sept. 22, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Henry David and Myrtle Elizabeth Reese.
She graduated from Eastern High School in Baltimore in 1947.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She coached CV girls softball and was a CV band parent along with her beloved late husband, William.
She retired from the Pa. Medical Society and went on to enjoy ushering at Hbg. Senators games and being a beer meister there; serving as a legislative liaison for AARP; and volunteering as an ombudsman.
She was a proud member of the First United Methodist Church in Mech. and belonged to the Hbg. Bridge Club and the Lively Lillies of Lemoyne Red Hat Society.
She especially loved to read, travel, play pinochle and bridge, and spend time with family.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, William; and her brother Henry David Reese, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Sandra Kreps (Tom) of NC, Ed Stiles (Denise) of MD, Stephen Stiles (Lourdes) of TX, Susan Stevens (Doug) of SC, and Kimberley Thomas of Mechanicsburg and 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Services at Lily's church, First United Methodist Church at 135 W. Simpson St. at 11 am Wednesday, October 25, 2017.
