Samina was born November 28, 1937 in Lancaster and raised in Harrisburg, daughter of the late Samuel and Violet (Ruffolo) Felix.
Samina was a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School. She attended cosmetology school and later owned and operated Alfe’s Beauty Salon with her mother Violet. She worked for the Commonwealth of PA in several Departments, the State Treasury, Health and Welfare and the Liquor Control Board.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Edward Alexander and her 4 children: Jeanna Giovannelli (Franklin), Jeffrey Alexander (Greg) DiTeodoro, Jessie Alexander-Gray (Mark) and Jacqueline Woodruff (Aaron), seven grandchildren: Joey, Alex, Liz, Cade, Josh, Jeffrey and Jordan, and her 4 loving sisters; Jack, Bob, Mike and Ted, nieces and nephews, Dane, Jody, Kyla, Piper, Blue and Corrina.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3435 E. Trindle Rd. Camp Hill, with visitation one hour prior to mass.
