She was born December 22, 1938 in Harrisburg daughter of the late Simon and Anna (Trostle) Emerick.

Prior to retirement she was employed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with the Department of Transportation.

Interment was in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
