Virginia T. Chavez

Virginia was a devoted wife of Joseph Chavez who passed away in 1988.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and devoted to her friends and her church. She was an active member of the Columbiettes and an usher at her church for 45 years. Virginia was known as an excellent cook, baker and homemaker and was an avid bingo player.

She is survived by her three daughters, Rose Daffner(Jack), Patty Jacobson and Linda Wilson (Michael); six grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua, Angela, Matthew, Michael and Isabela; two great-grandsons, Isaac and David; and preceded in death by her granddaughter, Randi.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Monday, December 21, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 400 E. Simpson St., Mechanicsburg. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM Monday in the Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St., Camp Hill.
