Jane was born April 3, 1959 in Edmonton Alberta. She was the 5th of 6 children and the first in her family born in Canada. She is survived by her husband Tim Stark, daughter Tasha Stark, sisters Helle (Bill) Petlyk; May-Britt (Michael) Mykietiak; Toby (Howie) Simonsen and many nephews and nieces. Jane is predeceased by her father Olaf, mother Gudrun, brothers John and Kurt Simonsen.
Jane was a warrior who faced adversity and health issues for many years. Jane never complained about her problems. Jane was straight forward, honest and to the point. She would do anything for any of her loved ones.
She had an infectious smile and laugh that will be missed by all who knew her. We would like to thank Dr. Klein and all the medical staff that helped her in her journey.
