sweet Maureen Jean Sumner (nee Yeatman)
has been taken from us; her amazing husband
of 52 years, Leonard by her side. Her last days
were filled with much laughter, stories, many
smiles and tears.
She was surrounded by her family, including
her daughter Sherri (Jason Ellis), and son, Dean
(Danielle). Grandchildren Damon, Raegan, and
Drea. Special cousin, Darcy Murray, as well as
Charleen Clandening, and sister-in-law, Janet
Davie and family.
For all of you who knew her, as she grew up on
Quadra Island, you know that she had a kind
heart, a giving, gentle nature, and she never
complained about a thing. We are so grateful
that she is no longer suffering. Our hearts ache,
but it was time for her to spread her wings and
go. She fought until the end.
You will be forever in our hearts and we will
cherish our precious memories.

Lupus Canada or The Campbell River Hospital.
