Sharon Elaine Brand

Sharon was predeceased by her Father John Brand in 1971 and her Mother Eileen Brand (nee McCarvill) in 1991.

Sharon leaves to mourn her passing her loving family Brother Robert Brand, Niece Sarah Brand and Nephew Morgan Brand. Sharon is also mourned by many other family and friends from coast to coast. Sharon is also survived by her much loved dog her Pug Winston.

Sharon lived most of her life in Ontario until 2005 when she moved to Campbell River. She had a long and successful career with the Canadian Custom Services.

Sharon always had a calendar full of social activities. She loved scrapbooking family photos, both new and old, playing cards (Euchre), volunteering, knitting and walking Winston along the spit. As a member of the knitting group with friends they knitted new born hats for the Campbell River Hospital and also found the time to scrapbook with friends at the Campbell River Seniors Center. Sharon will be missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration to honor the Life of Sharon Elaine Brand will be held on Saturday March 10th at Sutton’s Funeral Home, 502 South Dogwood St. Campbell River, BC between 1.00pm – 2.30pm.

Sharon would have appreciated donations to organizations that were near and dear to her heart.
