Isabelle Maltais

Isabelle was born on January 13, 1948 in Eel River Cove to the late Léonce Letourneau and the late Félicité (Anglehart) Letourneau.

She is survived by her daughter Mariette (Doug) Lamoureux, her stepson Marc (Nathalie) Hachey, her brothers, Paul (Debbie), Arthur, Bertrand and her sisters, Thérèse (Matthieu) and Yvonne. She is also survived by her grandsons Steve (Jasmine), Shawn, Adam and Ryan, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son Reno, her brothers, Morille, Roméo and her sister Rose Anna.

Isabelle volunteered for many years at the Saint Vincent de Paul in Dundee. She also babysat many children throughout the years. She was known for her generosity and her kind heart.

A Funeral Service will be held at Ste-Trinity Church in Eel River Crossing on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11am.

For those who wish, a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in her memory.

Décédée à l'Hôpital Régional de Campbellton le Jeudi, 01 mai 2025, à l’âge de 77 ans, Mme Isabelle (Letourneau) Maltais de Dundee, conjointe à Albert Hachey.

Née à Eel River Cove le 13 janvier 1948, elle était la fille de feu Léonce Letourneau et de feu Félicité Anglehart Letourneau.

Elle laisse dans le deuil sa fille, Mariette (Doug) Lamoureux, son beau-fils, Marc (Nathalie) Hachey, ses petits-enfants, Steve (Jasmine), Shawn, Adam et Ryan, ses frères Arthur, Paul (Debbie), Bertrand et ses sœurs Thérèse (Matthieu), Yvonne, et plusieurs neveux et nièces. Outre ses parents, elle était prédécédée par son fils, Reno, ses frères, Morille, Roméo et sa sœur RoseAnna.

Isabelle a fait du bénévolat pendant bien des années chez Saint Vincent de Paul au presbytère de Dundee. Elle avait aussi soigné plusieurs enfants tout au long de sa vie. Isabelle était bien connu pour son grand cœur et sa grande générosité.

Les funérailles auront lieu en l'Église Sainte Trinité d'Eel River Crossing, vendredi, le 9 mai 2025 à 11h00.

Pour ceux qui le veulent, un don peut être fait à à la Société du Cancer en sa mémoire.
