Marlene Bulmer

On November 30th, 2020, heaven gained another angel. Mum was Called home. Marlene Carol Bulmer Passed away peacefully at the Campbellton Regional Hospital. Born on February 5th, 1937 in Toronto, Ontario. She was Predeceased by our father Orville in 1983.

Marlene (Mum) leaves behind her children: Steven (Roberta) of Yellowknife, Cynthia (Allison Metallic) of Listuguj, Wendy (late Kevin Mann) of Campbellton and Gregory of Campbellton; her 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren also by many nieces, nephews and friends.

During her life she worked many places, Greys Restaurant, which her uncle owned and where she met our dad.  When she worked at L&N Deli, back in the day she hooked everyone on chicken fritters ha! ha!   She also worked in the Artic Tundra, miles North in Yellowknife. She was amazed by the beauty of this area which could only be reached by helicopter, she would stop and visit her son steven and his lovely family before returning home to Campbellton. To mums’ best friends thank you!  an utterly amazing group of women the best and can’t leave out all their wonderful children.

Marlene appreciated so many people and things, she loved everybody and that is the truth. She was so funny, kind, dependable, she loved animals, music, trees you guys know what she was like.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing protocols, family and friends are not being able to come to Campbellton so a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
