She touched the lives of so many; our beloved, shining, happy girl, the light of our lives, and the star of our hearts and leaves us smiling through our tears. She was joy personified.

Please spread her message of love, music, dance, and laughter and be good to one another.

Beloved daughter of Andrew and Alicia Priebe, and wonderful big sis to doggies Daisy and Maya.

Family and friends will be received at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303, on Thursday, June 30th from 4-8 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at St. Genevieve Catholic Church, 14061 Roscoe Blvd, Panorama City, CA 91402, Friday, July 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM.

Committal Service will follow at 12:30 PM at Forest Lawn, 6300 Forest Lawn Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

We are so grateful to the many doctors, nurses, child life specialists, and volunteers that worked tirelessly to cure Sophia of her cancer. The reality for Sophia and so many other children is pediatric cancer is an ugly, nasty beast that leaves a path of destruction. For Sophia and many others before her — cancer kills. Those that are ‘lucky’ enough to survive endure long term debilitating side effects and the constant fear of relapse. We will fight for a cure until no other kids are robbed of their childhood, no other friends lose their best friends, and no other parents have to bury their babies.
